All items are shipped via the options selected during checkout, carrier and time frame. Tracking information will be sent via the shipping company after the items have been fabricated. Fabrication times are typically 10-12 business days. Inquiries on your purchased items can be sent to email@example.com at any time.
RETURN & DAMAGE POLICY
Items may be returned up to 30 days from their shipping date. For returns please contact us at . Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customized items and non-returnable.
Items damaged in shipping must be claimed via the shipping company's insurance. Please contact them immediately upon receiving the damaged item. Once the shipping company is notified please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work on repairing or replacing the damaged item.
